This is a classical yoga class for all levels, which includes breathing exercises, sun salutations, 12 basic postures with variations, and final relaxation. The practice is designed to focus the mind, to make the body stronger and more flexible, and to open the chakras to allow prana to move more freely. Please bring a yoga mat and water. A blanket is optional. Wear comfortable clothing.
Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses.
Energetically, Yin yoga improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of chi in the organs. To be healthy, we need healthy organs as well as healthy muscles. Yin yoga also offers positive emotional and mental health benefits.
It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians. This is contrast to a Yang yoga practice such as Vinyasa yoga which targets the muscles.
Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a state of conscious deep relaxation. This guided meditation is practiced lying down. The practice allows the flow of prana to move through physical, emotional, and energetic blockages. The result is the healing of the body and mind and the expansion of consciouness. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and water. Wear comfortable clothing.

Practice feeling supremely alive with Dance Meditation Technique, a whole-being transformational workout. Each 2hr class is a concentrated movement meditation with a warm up, 60+ minute playlist, cool down, rest, and brief sitting meditation utilizing the same principles involved in sitting meditations… except rather than sitting we move and instead of being quiet we make a ton of sound!
